Who I Work With

Built for People Who Carry More Than They Show

Three audiences. One standard: discretion, depth, and real results.

Professional & Retired Athletes

Professional & Retired Athletes

You know how to push through pain. What they do not prepare you for is what happens to your identity when the game changes, or ends. I spent five years embedded inside an NFL team. I understand the pressure, the culture, and the silence around it. Whether you are actively competing or navigating what comes next, this work is built for you.

Executives & High-Level Professionals

Executives & High-Level Professionals

The higher you climb, the less you can say out loud. Behind the performance, you may be carrying emotional fatigue, relationship strain, and a growing gap between your external success and how you actually feel. This is work for the professional who is done operating at 80%, privately, structurally, and on their terms.

High-Achieving Women

High-Achieving Women

You are succeeding by every measurable standard and still feel like something is missing. In relationships, in how you see yourself, in what you want next. The pressure comes from every direction. This practice provides a space where you can be honest about all of it, without judgment, and with a therapist who has navigated those same environments herself.

I Have Been in the Room Where the Pressure Is Real

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24+ years of experience in mental health, including five years as a clinician embedded with an NFL team, working directly with professional athletes and their families.

My understanding of high performance is not only professional. It is lived. I trained and performed professionally as a ballet dancer and danced as an NFL cheerleader. I know what it costs to operate in competitive environments built on discipline, perfectionism, and the pressure to never show struggle.

My work is built on discretion, depth, and structure, because that is what high-performing people actually need.

My Full Background

This Is Not Generic Therapy.

Performance Psychotherapy, Not Sports Psychology

Sports psychology targets performance skills. Performance psychotherapy addresses the underlying emotional and psychological factors shaping performance, and limiting it. The work goes deeper, and the results last longer.

A Clinician Who Has Actually Been There

Five years embedded with an NFL team. A career as a professional performer. 24 years treating elite athletes, executives, and high-achieving professionals. This is not theoretical expertise, it is earned.

Private, Discreet, and On Your Terms

In-person sessions in a private Summerlin office. Telehealth for full privacy anywhere in Nevada. Private-pay available, no insurance records, no diagnosis codes, no paper trail.

What My Clients Say

"In this league, everybody works on their body. Not enough players do this level of work on their mind. Our work together helped me manage my emotions, stay locked in, manage pressure, and perform with more control and confidence."

"Starting therapy has helped me a lot. Before, I was not getting any sleep, I was on edge all the time, and I kept failing assignments and missing deadlines at work. Since going to therapy, everything changed for the better."
